  • Payment Information: billing details processed through our third-party payment provider (PayMongo). We do not store your full credit card or e-wallet credentials on our servers.
  • Communications: messages sent through our contact form or in-app messaging features.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies: session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to improve our service.

2.3 Third-Party Integrations

When you connect external services (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook), we receive and store encrypted OAuth tokens to sync your calendar data. We access only the calendar scopes you authorize and do not read your email or other account data.

4. Sharing & Disclosing Your Data

We do not distribute, rent, nor sell your personal data to any marketers or third parties which are not affiliated with our website.

  • Service Providers: Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (AI features), Resend (email), and PayMongo (payments) — each bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: when required by Philippine law, court order, or governmental regulation.
  • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to users.

  • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth with support for magic links and password-based login.
