Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to export everything you need. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted from our servers.

Kelly AI is your built-in legal assistant powered by advanced AI. It can help you draft legal documents, research Philippine law, summarize cases, and answer questions about your firm's data. Free plan users get basic AI (GPT-5.4-nano), while paid plans get the full GPT-5.4 model.

Every AI interaction uses tokens — both your question and Kelly's response. The daily limit resets at midnight Philippine Time (PHT). For firm plans, the token limit is shared across all team members.

Yes. Each version of a document counts as a separate document toward your total limit. For example, if you upload a file and then upload a new version, that counts as 2 documents.
